Feature · Helper duties

Helper duties that fill themselves.

Cake, kiosk, till, timekeeper: for every home game the helper plan comes from a template, parents sign up themselves, and everyone sees live what is still open.

How it works

Set up once, use every match day.

Templates for home and away: the team chooses which duties belong to its games, with time slots before and after the game.
Parents sign up themselves, for themselves or their child. Whoever already has a duty is not asked again.
Live plan: the plan updates for everyone at once, without reloading.
On the start page: your own duties show with the event, open slots are shown until they are filled.

Also for club events

Special events with time blocks.

For tournaments, parties and work days the organiser creates time blocks with duties, also one-off ones like the barbecue. Further organisers help manage them.
